Ed runs Excel4Business. He s worked as a full-time Excel consultant for over a decade and set up the current website in 2008.

Since then, the site has grown to serve businesses with consultants working across the world. Originally a Materials Science graduate from the University of Cambridge, he enjoys helping clients with all sorts of Excel problems, whilst simultaneously experiencing all the challenges of building up a company.

Bryony coordinates our consultants, as well as managing client accounts. Although not a true spreadsheet wizard herself, she became well acquainted with Excel while completing a doctorate in molecular biology, and is always pleased to see how much can be achieved with the magic of spreadsheets. She is writing a science-fiction novel in her spare time.

Marcus has been a professional Excel Consultant and VBA developer for over 20 years, and has recently been awarded Microsoft's coveted Most Valuable Professional title. He has developed Excel-based solutions for businesses with 2 staff all the way to 200,000; with solutions employing Excel, VBA, SQL Server and C# to save, time, money and reduce operational risk.

Before becoming a professional Excel VBA developer, Marcus worked as a corporate trainer teaching secretaries to CEOs how to use applications like Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint to get more done, faster.

James started with a Business (Marketing & IT) degree and focused on customer analytics and business modelling. He developed a service to the consumer goods sector to leverage retailer loyalty card data to drive marketing planning & evaluation before deciding to cut down on travel and focus on using that experience in Excel solutions.

He has worked on Excel/Office integration, API connections to many external databases (Xero, Sage, SQL, Google Analytics, Facebook etc) and is happy working on small projects to train and guide users or large integrated multi-user projects.

Imran is a Software and Data Professional specialized in providing tailored IT solutions for Business Operations. He brings a diverse skillset to the table when analyzing clients' needs and is able to automate Google Sheets as well as Excel.

Imran enjoys working with clients to understand their issues as well as training and guiding end users.

Starting her career as a quant on the trading floors of top investment banks, Masha mastered the art of data modelling and problem-solving under pressure. Since then, she has brought her expertise to a range of challenges, from optimising CRMs for growing start ups, to streamlining operations and automating processes. Passionate about solving problems at scale, she is just as comfortable diving into Excel macros as she is structuring high-level operations strategies.

‍Outside the office, Masha has lent her expertise to conservation projects across the globe: from 3D modelling of coral reefs in Indonesia, to automating the turtle identification process for the Madagascar Turtle Database.
