Excel Consultant Reviews: Client Testimonials and Results
For over a decade, Excel4Business has been soliciting feedback from clients alongside our invoices. We have asked clients to rate us on a simple 5 star scale across a few categories. Clients have also had the opportunity to leave comments either anonymously, with their name, or with their name and company name. We have featured some of our favourite testimonials across the site. However, they don't do justice to the breadth of work we've performed over the years.
We have summarised the 335 survey responses received to date in the table below. They include 285 unique clients, with some repeat customers responding multiple times.

We did also query customers on whether they were sceptical of working with us remotely. Even in the self-selecting sample of our clients, there was only a slight skew towards "not at all" as opposed to "I had serious concerns". That suggests our consultants are consistently winning over clients from the first conversation, through to delivery.
